Rockhopper is the famous captain of his ship the migrator and founder of club penguin. He lives on rockhopper island and comes to club penguin about four times  a year for parties.While he is here you can board his ship to buy rare items and play treasure hunt (great for making coins.).

When your looking for him remember that he'll only be there if his ship is there.

He's most commonly seen on these servers : mammoth, blizzard, and frozen. He's also mainly seen in rooms on the beach or in the migrator.
